Actually the entitlement to Domino Designer is live now for customers who are active on subscription for Notes with Collaboration or iNotes for Collaboration. So if those users needed support now they could get it.
The four users who had Domino Designer surely still need some kind of license, right? So you might not want to renew them at the Domino Designer renewal price but you could at the Enterprise CAL price (we can do that through a special bid) or have them simply buy Enterprise CALs to replace the old Designer licenses.

Thanks Ed. I was kind of expecting a reply from you:) It is good to know they would be supported for Designer from now anyway.
The four users are covered by their other existing licenses, they had purchased Designer on top of those.
The main point of the post was the positive reaction from our customers around the change and the comment from them that they can now give Designer to more users. I think this is a great outcome and will hopefully have an excellent long term ROI effect on Notes/Domino in organisations.
