Start smart. Build right. Scale with confidence.

See it. Score it. Scale it.

Every organisation starts from a different place — some have one system everyone complains about, others already know the real problem sits between systems: orders that never become invoices, or the same customer living in three places under three spellings.

ISW's Data Quality service profiles your data, automatically generates the rules to fix it, and gives you a clear, traffic-light view of where you stand, with a roadmap to scale as your needs grow.

Scope Options

Small
  • Shape: 1 integration process, 1 source
  • Source tables: up to 5
  • Max columns: up to 100
  • Daily task run time (max): 2 hours
  • Implementation: 4 weeks
  • Sample scenario: member/customer contact quality
  • Typical sources: Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • Typical target(s): Databricks, Fabric Lakehouse + Power BI dashboard (100+ pre-built connectors available)
  • Rule types: completeness, validity, format, duplicates
  • Best for: proving value fast, cleansing one data set, once-off or scheduled

Choose Small if you have one system everyone complains about, a specific upcoming event (a campaign, an audit, a migration), or need a quick win to secure a larger budget.

Medium
  • Shape: 1 integration process pulling from multiple source applications
  • Source tables: up to 10
  • Max columns: up to 500
  • Daily task run time (max): 4 hours
  • Implementation: 8 weeks
  • Sample scenario: Order-to-Cash quality across CRM, ERP, and a supplier price file
  • Typical sources: CRM + ERP + flat file (SFTP)
  • Typical target(s): Fabric Warehouse + Power BI dashboard + email alerts
  • Rule types: cross-system consistency and reconciliation
  • Best for: a business process with recurring reconciliation pain

Choose Medium if the pain is felt at a hand-off between systems — for example, month-end reconciliation, or sales and finance reporting different numbers.

Large
  • Shape: 1 deliverable solution across multiple source and target applications
  • Source tables: up to 50
  • Max columns: up to 1000
  • Daily task run time (max): 8 hours
  • Implementation: 16 weeks (phased)
  • Sample scenario: enterprise customer and product data quality for a multi-brand business
  • Typical sources: CRM, ERP, e-commerce, legacy database, supplier files
  • Typical target(s): Fabric Lakehouse (bronze/silver/gold), BI/analytics, write-back to CRM or MDM
  • Rule types: match and merge, address verification, stewardship workflow
  • Best for: an enterprise data quality capability and roadmap to data governance

Choose Large if data quality is becoming a governed, organisation-wide capability, with data stewards, write-back of corrected data, and quality SLAs for downstream analytics and AI.

The scale is flexible and can be adjusted at proposal stage. Every rule, connection, and dashboard carries forward to the next size up, with no rework.
