See what this looks like for your data

Every Databricks engagement starts with a short assessment, not a contract. Tell us what you're working with, and we'll scope it from there.

From Discovery to Delivery

Assessment

One to two days of assessment to understand your current data landscape, define your Databricks use case, and deliver a clear scope, timeline, and fixed-price estimate.

Week 1 — Discovery & Architecture Design

Understand your current data sources, pipelines, and business requirements; design your Databricks Lakehouse architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers); define your data ingestion, transformation, and serving strategy; set up and configure your Databricks workspace on Azure.

Week 2–3 — Implementation

Build and deploy your end-to-end data pipeline using PySpark, Python, and SQL; implement Delta Lake tables, optimised for performance and cost; configure Unity Catalog for data governance, access control, and lineage tracking; connect to your data sources using Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or native Databricks connectors; develop an initial analytics or BI layer in Power BI or your preferred visualisation tool.

Week 4 — Finalise, Document & Train

Complete technical documentation, host BAU support training for the use case, and cover best practices for governance and Unity Catalogue; deliver a future roadmap and recommendations.
